We are immersed in beauty and wonder. The problem is, we often do not see it.

God took care with His creation. Everything He made is complex. Even the pollen and seeds discarded by tulip poplars and oaks and sweet gum trees are marvelous if we take the time to look at them. The more we examine the world, the more we find that it is filled with glory and beauty.

Training Our Eyes

Even looking at one cell is enough to boggle the imagination. However, it is easy to overlook how God has revealed Himself as Creator in nature. As a result, we must train ourselves to see this beauty. Instead of taking the flowers of spring for granted, try examining them for a long time. Feel the different textures of the petals, smell the different scents they give off, and look at the symmetry of the petals and pollen.

God’s universe is rich and abundant in beauty. We need only open our eyes to see it and worship Him for the marvels He has created.

Glory at Every Level of Magnitude

From the smallest cell to the farthest reaches of the universe, we see the complexity of God’s design. In addition, the more we study something, the more we realize how little we know about it. This universe demonstrates mystery beyond our understanding. From the microcosm to the macrocosm, everything manifests the glory of God.
